Mom took a picture of the me before we went on a run. She does the running and I go along for the ride. Mom seems to enjoy this a lot more than I do. I'd rather run along beside her, but I guess I'm not quite fast enough to do that yet. As long as mom packs my juice, snacks, toys and occasionally peeks at me throught the window in the tops of the stroller I do tolerate a good 6 miles.

BAD HAIR DAY! When I took my hat off towards the end of the zoo visit we all had a good laugh. Dad said it looked like I may have been electrocuted, mom said she was just happy to see all my beautiful hair that I've worked so hard on in the past year.

We also explored the indoor part of the zoo. Dad and I took a picture by a cow and mom and I strolled by the fish.

We also went to see the fish at the zoo. I really like to see the fish. I point out the colors. I also made my fish face and gave fish kisses to the fish in the aquarium.

Today mom and dad and I met the Benning family at the zoo. I like to hang out with the Benning boys. We played in the park, saw lots of animals. I liked to wave to the donkeys. I also got to have some ice cream again at the zoo. I always share with mom. Dad gave me some of his frozen coke and that was also a pretty good treat. I can name all of the animals now at the zoo. Mom thinks I am a baby genius.

Today dad caught me trying to find a toy in my toy bin. I was having a hard time finding the one I wanted, so I just jumped right in!

I love my cousin!

Today, grandma, mom, cousin Andrew and I went to the waterpark. We had popsicles, swam and just had a great time! When it was time to say good-bye, mom told Andrew and I to give each other a good-bye kiss and hug. We thought about it for a while and then went for it. Mom and Grandma thought it was just the cutest thing they'd ever seen. No big deal, I like giving kisses now and I even initiate it sometimes. I give all the animals in my books and my stuffed animals kisses and hugs. It is hard to hug a book, but I make it work. My other new favorite thing to do is to pretend to talk on the phone. I have a toy phone and I tell mom "phone, phone...hello Robbie or hello grandma." I am always thinking it's either grandma or Robbie since that is who mom is always on the phone with, so that is who I pretend talk with on the phone. Sometimes if I can't find my phone I talk on the remote, but mom and dad don't like that much.

Last week my cousin Mason came over and we played with my toys. I am really good at sharing. Dad blew up my new pool toy, but I like to play with it in the house.

Last week I visited daddy in his office. He has a deer in his office. I liked to pet the deer and say, "nice, nice!" I also took all the softballs I could find and played catch with dad. Then I found a paintbrush which was fun as well. I carried it all over the office and tried to brush dad's hair with it. He said that he was ready to put me to work!

Madi and Katie are in town visiting us all and they came to dad's game too. Trent, Nikki, Madi, Katie got me a new baby. The baby gives kisses and says "I love you" and so I say it now too. Everyone got goodbye kisses from me before mom and I left for bed and bathtime.

Last night we went to daddy's softball game. I cheered very loud for dad and reminded mom to watch the game when she wasn't looking for him.

I gave him some good luck kisses. My dad is the best softball player!

Today we met Jill and Lexi Stenberg at Elks pool. I love the pool! I swam and ran and splashed mom. I am very brave, independent and I would dive right under the water if mom would let me. I tested out my life jacket and thought it was okay this time. I prefer mom keeping me afloat though. We had a great time us girls and I can't wait to do it again!

This week mom and I went to the zoo with the Bennings! Casey and her two boys Christian and Ryder. I love the zoo and I ran around like a crazy woman. I think it's funny when mom has to chase me and I do not like to be carried or ride in my stroller anymore. I found a stick bigger than me and was very proud to drag it around until mom made me leave it behind (something about being dangerous). Christian took off his pull up and pants when the moms weren't looking and peed on the animal food dispenser at the zoo. Mom laughed but his mom didn't because she said that was naughty. I guess mom should be grateful that I still wear diapers and not pull ups :) The Bennings live near us and dad is always warning me to stay away from those boys, especially when I am a bit older.

Auntie Amber saved me a cake cone from the treats Andrew brought to daycare. I really enjoyed this and ate the whole thing. Several times I said, "num, num" or "mmmmm" and smacked my lips together to express how much I loved the treat. Auntie is always spoiling me!

On July 3rd we celebrated Andrew's 2nd birthday which was on the 2nd. Auntie Amber had balloons which I love. She also made Andrew an awesome cake with fishies on it. Andrew fed me a few bites. The cake was really cool to look at and I love to say "fish!" I wore my fancy party skirt to Andrew's party to mark the occasion.
