My new fancy gymnastics leotard

This weekend was the start of gymnastics once again. I love gymnastics class. Grandma Launa sent me 2 new leotard outfits for class. I've been wanting to wear them since they arrived but mom made me wait until the day we had class. I was so proud to wear my outfit. I dance around the living room. Once I was at class I stood right next to the bigger girls who always wear their fancy outfits. I am one of the older kids in my class (and probably the best at the gymnastics skills - in mom's unbiased opinion ;). I showed off my skills, positions and was very well behaved. I listened to my teacher and remembered her name each time she asked me. At the end we got to jump in the sponge pit! That is my favorite thing to do. One of the girls mentioned it was her birthday so I happily wished her "Happy Birthday" and then preceded to sing the happy birthday song to her complete with pointing right at her when the song said happy birthday to YOU! She really appreciated the song I think. After class mom and I resumed out normal after class routine of getting smoothies. Then we did some grocery shopping together. I also requested that mom take a picture of my tongue for my blog...mom wasn't sure why this was important to me but she still took the picture and posted it since I was pretty insistent.

Also this weekend we did some dancing together to Dora songs on the Wii system. Grandma Candy and Grandpa Bob got me that for Xmas and I really love it. Mom and I danced and danced and got really good scores for our excellent dancing skills. I think mom felt a little silly doing the cha-cha to Dora songs but she still worked it out with me. Later on today we want to go visit Baby Cameron...although I am really most interested in playing with My Mason. I am always excited to see my cousins but Andrew and Mason are more fun to play with right now than the babies. Mom says just wait though......5 boys in the family and me being the only girl......those boys will wear all of us out with their energy.

3D Beauty and the Beast movie

Bobby missed out on some fun once again this past weekend since he is still a baby. Mason, mom, dad and I went to Beauty and the Beast 3D (hence the glasses I am modeling in the photo). I loved the movie and laughed out loud (very loud) at the parts I thought were funny. I also yelled out, "Belle, I love you - mom, I LOOOOVE Belle" several times which made some people sitting near us laugh. Mason and I shared some popcorn and were very well behaved throughout the movie. We both got a kick out of the 3D images on screen. The only thing that I was kind of upset about was that mom told me that we couldn't do our regular dancing during the songs in the movie. I still got up and shook my booty a bit during the songs. Bobby stayed home with Grandma and Grandpa Eckert. Bobby is getting very attached to Grandpa Bob and chased after him when he tried to leave our house later on.

Baby Cameron has arrived

1/19/12 - baby Cameron Arthur Moldenhauer is now here. Mom and I went to see him since Bobby had a slight fever. We brought our gifts and took some pictures. I was so excited to meet him and I told my mom that he was "SO pretty and such a nice baby" I told my auntie that I really loved baby Cameron. Mason was really proud and protective of his new brother. I was equally excited to hang out with Mason.

Mom still knows how to have some fun ;)

This past weekend mom got together with her college girlfriends in Fargo for a night. She told us she really had a great time but of course missed her family back in Bismarck. Mom made a special trip to the mall to get me some fancy glow in the dark and rainbow nail polish. I was SO excited about my presents. Bobby didn't get any since he is too young to notice that mom was gone for a night and doesn't really care that much about presents. Bobby is pretty happy and excited if he is allowed to open the kitchen drawers and take out all mom's tupperware. Dad did an excellent job holding down the fort at home while mom was gone. When mom came home I told her, "Mommy I missed you, I couldn't find you anywhere and I looked all over for you!" She thought that was real cute.

Take home gifts

We had cake and ice cream at the party. Then on the way out we got take home gifts....these are my cool sunglasses that were part of the gifts. I have been wearing these every where!

I was busy at the party

For almost 2 straight hours I jumped rope, played with large bouncing balls, swung on rings and my favorite thing to do there was to climb up real high while singing a song about climbing and then jump into the sponge pit (again while singing a song about it).

Mom and I went to Ryder and Chris Benning's birthday party

Mom and I were invited to the Benning boy's birthday party. I was really excited to go since it was at the Gymnastics Academy were I go to class. I jumped like crazy on the trampolines. I wished Chris and Ryder "Happy birthday" and I asked them both if they wanted a hug.....they both declined. At first I was sad they didn't want their birthday hugs but then mom said that some boys don't like hugs but she loves hugs and so she would take theirs for them. That made sense to me.

Funny faces at bath time

Bobby and I both enjoy bath time. I love making funny faces at the camera.
