A COLD January/February

Bobby continues to amaze us with his school projects and great test scores. He is doing very well in school.
Bobby has had a lot of basketball tournaments.  He played on his school ball team and continues with his travel team.  On busy basketball weekends we try to escape and get a treat together so we can enjoy some special time.  Emmy and Robb are often traveling for hockey.  Emmy is a great hockey player and often scores a goal in the game.  She scored a goal off of her skate and through the goalie's legs for the game winner last weekend!  It was so exciting.

Emmy has a new love for cheerleading.  She cheers in the front row and even Connor Lundeen had to admit that she has the "BEST kicks" of all the girls.  She is enjoying cheer and has made new friends.
I went to San Antonio for APTA CSM.  I had to leave very early in the morning and Bobby wanted to set his alarm to take me to the airport with Robb.  He was in his robe and jammies but it was so sweet of him to come with to say goodbye!
I really enjoy the days I get to pick the kids up early and spend time with them.  Emmy always has many stories about her day and I am interested in knowing all the drama that she shares.

Bobby's team has been doing so well.  They got 3rd in a tournament where they beat a team that had traditionally beat them in the past.  Bobby played a game against his baseball buddy, Alex. He has started training really hard now for his traveling baseball.

Bobby's team WON the championship game in the last tourney they played.  They played so well and beat some hard teams.  They get better each tourney. On the way to the game, Bobby was getting his game face on and couldn't talk to me because he was "focusing."  Like any good mom who doesn't take her son too seriously, I took a picture of him focusing.  :)
