summer reading kickoff at heritage center

 We headed down to the Heritage Center this past week for a celebration for summer reading.  We had a picnic, ran some obstacle courses, colored, read books, met some nice police and firemen and put out some fake fires, pet some horses, got temporary tattoos.  Then we went home and jumped in the pool for a swim! 

Emmy wrote me this note as a way of saying thanks.  What more could a mom ask for!
