Emmy turned 13 years old over the past weekend. We celebrated her with a party. She chose a few friends from hockey and they met up at the mall for some shopping. Then, they came to our house for pizza, ice cream cake, and a sleepover. I heard lots of laughs well into the night. Emmy had a great time celebrating 13 years of life. I'm so grateful for this kind, generous, thoughtful young lady. She is truly beautiful on the inside.....and the outside. Bobby and I spent the afternoon shopping for her gift. He was very intentional about choosing the gift and wanted to overspend his budget. He loves his big sister so much.
