We started off our 4th of July festivities with an annual trip to Mandan for the Street Fair. Emmy has been raving about Elote. She learned about it (and tried it) in Spanish class this year. She also got Boba tea. Bobby had mexican beef tacos and a pina colada smoothie. We brought Grandma along to share in the fun. Biscuit wasn't forgotten as she got a new leash and collar.
We got to spend some time at the Lake with our family again this year. The kids went a night early so they could get more lake time and time with their cousins in with Robb, Biscuit and I coming the next day. Biscuit had to stay outside so we didn't want to impose on our hosts. Bobby loves to jet ski and both kids held on for dear life with Uncle Chad pulling them while tubing behind the jet ski. They both got so much better skiing, wake boarding and surfing this year too! Chad said they were definitely athletes with how fast they caught on.
